Founders’ Office Associate We’re looking for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of operations, This is a high-impact role where you’ll learn every part of building a D2C brand from scratch. Strong analytical thinking — ability to break down data, identify patterns, measure performance, and make decisions rooted in numbers. ~ Tech-savvy mindset — not coding, but comfortable learning new tools (Shopify, CRM systems, automation tools, dashboards, inventory apps, analytics platforms). ~ Fast learner — quickly grasps new concepts across operations, marketing, performance ads, supply chain, or customer psychology. ~ Ability to handle on-ground execution for ad-hoc tasks. Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving situations (inventory, customer ops, Ability to coordinate with content creators, agencies, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving.
