
Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Key Result Areas:
- LMS Administration:
- Execute and manage the Organizational Learning Management System (LMS) Oracle Fusion, overseeing input and output processing of courses and sessions.
- Generate monthly reports on LMS operations and provide intelligence at course and program levels.
- Digital Learning Management:
- Take ownership of digital learning licenses (Skillsoft) and reporting, serving as the primary contact for digital learning platforms.
- Develop intelligence reports on license utilization and strategize future license acquisitions to optimize organizational resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with license providers to negotiate impactful pricing savings.
- Global – Corporate Induction:
- Manage induction programs within the India region, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on induction programs and conduct quarterly feedback sessions with inductees.
- Analyze feedback data and prepare quarterly analytical reports on induction programs and post-induction feedback.
- Reporting and Regulatory Requirement Management:
- Collaborate with the ISO and Audit team to develop an annual calendar for regulatory requirements.
- Ensure completion of annual audits for the L&D department with no review remarks.
- Collect regulatory requirement data from the L&D team and ensure proper documentation.
- Global Compliance Course Management:
- Manage the execution of Global Compliance courses, ensuring timely completion and generating gap reports.
- Prepare semi-annual reports on compliance training, including reporting on non-completed individuals and teams.
- Learning Certification - Reimbursement and Recovery Management:
- Record, track, and report learning certification reimbursement requests.
- Coordinate with the HR team on a monthly basis to identify candidates for reimbursement recovery.
- Ensure all certification-approved candidates sign required compliance documents before reimbursements are processed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
