If you have a keen eye for design, a strategic mindset, and a flair for creativity, this role is for youResponsibilities- Creative Direction: Lead and execute high-quality visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital content.- Design Oversight: Supervise and guide the design team to maintain brand consistency and artistic excellence.- Campaign Development: Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns.- Photoshoots & Production: Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.- Multi-Platform Expertise: Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms—digital, social media, print, and OOH.- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning visuals.- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design approaches.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in design/art direction (preferably in an agency setting).- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
