We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as an Associate - Creative and Strategy (Influencer Marketing) . In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative influencer marketing campaigns and strategies that align with client objectives. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and influencers to bring unique concepts to life, ensuring measurable impact and exceptional outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Campaign Development
  • Ideate and develop compelling influencer marketing campaign concepts tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft visually appealing and engaging campaign assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, and emerging content formats to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Strategic Planning
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create detailed campaign proposals, including objectives, target audience insights, content directions, and execution timelines.
  • Define measurable KPIs to evaluate campaign success and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Client Collaboration
  • Engage with clients to understand their brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic plans to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Gather feedback and refine campaign ideas to meet client expectations.
Influencer Collaboration
  • Identify and recommend influencers that align with campaign goals and brand ethos.
  • Assist in crafting influencer briefs that communicate creative direction and campaign requirements effectively.
Performance Analysis
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and generate post-campaign reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for future campaigns.
