Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Director - Brand Partnerships to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by onboarding brands into Cloutflow’s influencer marketing platform. You will play a key role in building and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and overseeing the performance of these accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Onboarding & Sales:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential brand partners to onboard them onto Cloutflow’s platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to close deals with brands for influencer marketing services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.


  • Portfolio Management:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brands, nurturing long-term relationships and positioning Cloutflow as their go-to partner for influencer marketing.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and ensure consistent revenue growth across your accounts.


  • Revenue Management:
  • Set and achieve revenue targets by developing and managing a pipeline of brand partnerships.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (such as campaign execution, data, and influencer relations) to ensure that client needs are met, and KPIs are exceeded.
  • Provide regular reports on portfolio performance, revenue generation, and account growth strategies to senior leadership.


  • Strategic Development:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in influencer marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to build Cloutflow’s reputation as a leader in influencer marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales in the digital marketing or influencer marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key brand accounts.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and provide recommendations.
