Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships within the Emerging Business vertical, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to deepen engagement

Key account management and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads

Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.

Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

Build and manage existing business pipeline and generate Cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification required: Graduation
Qualifications preferred: Post Graduation
Work Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations.
Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
Has fair understanding of payments and KYC space, preferably from KYC platforms
Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization
Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
Strong business acumen and product expertise
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments landscape, with direct experience in product-focused sales being a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic SQL knowledge
Excellent command over English in both verbal and comprehension skills
