The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationship strategies, optimizing the CRM platform, and segmenting customer data to enhance client engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide actionable insights, managing CRM-related projects, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and derive insightsExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present findingsProficiency in sales and market segmentation strategies to align CRM efforts with business goalsExperience in project management for overseeing CRM-related initiativesKnowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation toolsAbility to work independently in a remote capacityPrevious experience in a legal services or professional services environment considered an assetRelevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
