Design Conceptualization: Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and project timelines. Space Planning: Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards. Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision. Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and requirements, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Visualizations & Drawings: Create detailed 2D and 3D design in SketchUp, CAD drawings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively. Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. Site Supervision: visit project sites to monitor progress, as needed Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to bring fresh and modern ideas to projects. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience for junior interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in design aesthetics, space planning, and material selection. Ability to think creatively and solve design and construction-related challenges on-site.
