**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to exciting projects and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design Development & Documentation**:

- Generate accurate and detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, adhering to industry standards.
- Develop, prepare, and produce furniture plans, presentations, and schedules.
- Proficiently utilize AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).

**Project Management & Coordination**:

- Create client proposals, purchase orders, client & vendor invoices.
- Request and manage vendor quotes, ensuring timely communication regarding order details and status.
- Expedite and track all orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Attend site visit meetings with Senior Designers, Clients, and contractors.

**Design Research & Sourcing**:

- Source furnishings, fabrics, stone, tile, and accessories for projects.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and present them to clients for approval.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct site visits and assist with field measurements to ensure accurate as-built documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong design aesthetic with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
