Job Description: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Guide prospects from initial contact to qualification via phone or virtual interactions.
Present tailored product solutions to meet customer needs.
Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them into sales.
Consistently meet and exceed pipeline contribution and sales goals.
Promptly respond to assigned leads and manage follow-ups effectively.
Demonstrate willingness to achieve weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Become proficient in using and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Requirements:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, or Educational Sales.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory).
Strong negotiation and persuasive pitching skills.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ed Tech or technology sales experience is an advantage.
A mindset focused on continuous learning and adaptability.
