It takes over the repetitive, operational work of running Meta ads so marketers can focus on thinking, creative and strategy. What this internship actually is: this will feel less like “marketing” and more like solving a series of puzzles. Building the Outbound machine You will own our outbound engine across cold email and LinkedIn. Improve each step of the funnel: opens, replies, booked calls. Once outbound is humming, you will help find the next growth lever. Simple content that pulls the right audience in. Partnerships with communities or influencers. Are tech-comfortable: basic scripts, Notion, Sheets, simple automations do not scare you. (You do not need to be an engineer.) If you have ever built a side project, a small startup, a club, a newsletter, a random tool for friends, you will probably enjoy this.
