Role: Corporate Sales Specialist

Location: Delhi/NCR

Reporting To: Director - Business Development

We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will spearhead the acquisition of high-value clients, driving revenue growth and market expansion. Also oversight in building our array of strategic partnerships with Insurance, Broker and TPAs. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. This role will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify High-Value Opportunities, target 5K+ employee companies across India, devising and executing effective sales strategies
  • Oversee a robust sales pipeline aligned with sales plans to meet monthly quotas
  • Develop comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth
  • To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client
  • Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge

The Successful Applicant:

  • Significant and relevant experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in selling to leading brands and corporate organizations
  • Strong networking skills and ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in high-value concept and solution selling
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude
