As a trusted advisor, you will help shape strategies that translate emerging ideas into impactful outcomes while strengthening Accenture’s presence in the market. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors Technical Integrations . Lead and collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Take ownership of team-level decisions and guide team members towards effective solutions. Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to critical project decisions. Provide technical solutions for complex integration challenges within and across teams. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and technical competency. Define, develop, and institutionalize best practices for integration and project delivery. Ensure smooth collaboration with clients through strong communication and business understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations (Technical) . In-depth understanding of integration methodologies , frameworks, and tools. Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation , and interface development. Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues across environments.
