Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functionsLead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules including requirement gathering system configuration testing and golive support Study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommends new features Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee CentralDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modulesImplementation of ONB20 with ONB 10 existing reference for the client Provide postimplementation support and continuous improvement services to clientsCollaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systemsStay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features releases and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clientsPrepare project documentation including process flow diagrams functional specifications and user manualsQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementationStrong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboardingExcellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersSAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mustProject management skills are advantageousSkillsMandatory Skills : SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio),Onboarding 2.0
