Role Overview:

As a part of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning designs and animations that elevate our brand identity and client campaigns. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your creativity will be the driving force behind powerful visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of graphic design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing, and be capable of working seamlessly on multiple types of projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for both digital and print media, including social media assets, banners, ads, and brand collateral.
  • Explainer Videos & Animation: Design and develop engaging explainer videos and animations that simplify complex concepts and tell brand stories effectively.
  • 2D/3D Animation & Motion Graphics: Design, animate, and execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations for videos, advertisements, and web content.
  • Senior Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content with a focus on pacing, color correction, sound design, and visual appeal.
  • CGI & VFX Content Creation: Develop and integrate CGI and visual effects into videos to deliver immersive and high-quality content for branding and marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, refine, and execute ideas that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools to consistently deliver fresh, innovative content.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and animation.
  • Expert Knowledge: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools for animation and CGI content.
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases a range of creative work including 2D/3D animation, explainer videos, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Creativity: Strong creative vision with a keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that every piece of content meets the highest quality standards.


Additional Preferences:

  • Experience with CGI, special effects, and visual storytelling in high-end branding or advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video production pipelines and techniques.
  • Experience in delivering digital content for a variety of platforms (social media, websites, advertisements, etc.).
