Digital Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at The Scribe Inc. in Jaipur. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your project management skills with your passion for digital marketing and social media strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute social media marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for social media campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays and budget overruns.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of key initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and potential roadblocks.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
  • Design, plan, and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage daily content creation, curation, and posting, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the production of multimedia content (text, images, videos, infographics) to ensure high-quality outputs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop content calendars, aligning with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging posts, ads, and videos for social media campaigns.
Community Engagement and Management:
  • Monitor and manage the brand's social media presence, engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive community relationships, creating a loyal and engaged online audience.
  • Manage online reputation and monitor social conversations to ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across platforms.
Analytics, Reporting, and Performance Optimization:
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize content strategy, engagement tactics, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, trends, and ROI for social media efforts.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance metrics and emerging trends in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, solid experience in social media marketing and content creation, strong communication skills, basic proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools, a creative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment. We offer a competitive salary of ₹22,750 - ₹32,500 per month.
