About the Company SGT University is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR to lead HR operations and support the institution’s mission of academic excellence.About the RoleThe Sr. Manager HR / Manager HR will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relationsLead faculty and staff recruitment in coordination with Deans and Department HeadsFrame, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworksDrive employee engagement, training, and L&D programsEnsure statutory compliance and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRMS dataHandle employee grievances and promote a productive work cultureContribute to strategic HR planning and organizational developmentQualificationsMBA / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management10–15 years of HR experience with mandatory exposure to the Education IndustryRequired SkillsStrong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProficiency with HRMS and modern HR toolsMust have prior experience in the Education Industry (University / College / EdTech)Preferred SkillsExperience in strategic HR planningKnowledge of compliance frameworks
