Brand Monetization & PR Manager Location: Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-5 years Department: Growth & Marketing SFL is a leading multi-sport academy network offering professional coaching across Football, Tennis, Chess, and more. We combine elite infrastructure, certified coaching, and a digital-first approach to help children grow through sport. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a Brand Monetization & PR Manager to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms. The Brand Monetization Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate revenue from the company's assets, products, and services. The incumbent will be involved in identifying new revenue streams, managing advertising and partnerships, and optimizing existing channels to increase profitability while maintaining a positive user experience. A) Brand Monetization: Strategy and opportunity building: This involves defining the brand's overall monetization strategy, prioritizing opportunities, and aligning them with business goals. This includes developing pricing models, creating revenue forecasts, and optimizing monetization funnels using data and analytics. This can include partnerships for advertising, content, e-commerce, or other revenue-generating collaborations. Oversee the implementation and optimization of various monetization channels, such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising, and sponsored content. Data analysis and reporting: Utilize data analytics to track key metrics (KPIs), analyze user behavior, and measure the performance and ROI of monetization campaigns. Work closely with other departments, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer experience, to deliver monetization initiatives and ensure they are aligned with broader company objectives. (B) Public Relations (PR): Support in developing and executing integrated communications plans and related initiatives. Maintain and develop strong traditional and online media relationships . Regularly localise, distribute, and sell-in press releases to media as well as pitch story angles to secure high-quality coverage for clients. Liaising with relevant partners for special projects and events , or marketing collaborations and joint promotion opportunities. Update and maintain media profile and database . Proven experience in monetization: 3+ years of experience in monetization, digital advertising, ad tech, or a related field, with a track record of driving revenue growth. Strong business and financial acumen: A deep understanding of business models, profit and loss (P&L), pricing strategy, and financial forecasting. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance. Excellent negotiation and communication skills: The drive to identify new revenue opportunities and build sustainable growth strategies, often in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Familiarity with advertising platforms, ad networks, and monetization tools. Experience with data analysis tools is also often required. PR Understanding & Experience: Strong PR understanding and experience handling Media Agencies and maintaining relationships.
