What is the role Give is looking for an Analyst to join our team in building world-class products that enable giving at scale. What will you do - Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate reports. - Assist in the design and implementation of data warehouse and data collection systems. - Ensure data quality and integrity in data warehouse and reports. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics. What are we looking for - 0-1 year of experience - Strong proficiency in SQL. - Basic knowledge of Python or other languages useful for analytics is highly desirable. - Exposure to business analytics tools like Metabase, Looker, Google Studio will be an added advantage. - Understanding of database management and data structures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
