Among other things.Sometimes, we also put up job posts like this one.What You’ll Do:Generate Viral Ideas: Develop innovative concepts and ideas that have the potential to go viral on social media.Craft Compelling Ad Copy: Write engaging and persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives action.Script Writing: Create scripts for a variety of formats, including video ads, social media content, and more.Network and Collaborate: Connect with creators, artists, and collaborators to bring your ideas to life.Drive Execution: Lead the execution of creative projects, managing productions on a shoestring budget to ensure high-quality output.Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and high-energy environment.Finance and Investing: Utilize your understanding of finance and investing to create content that resonates with our audience.What We’re Looking For:Proven Virality: You must have already conceptualised and executed at least one piece of content on social media with greater than 1M views and/or 20K likes.Creativity: A natural at thinking outside the box and coming up with ideas that drive engagement and virality.Writing Skills: Proven experience in writing compelling ad copy that stands out in a crowded market.Leadership: A go-getter attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team.Networking: Strong ability to network and build relationships with creators and collaborators.Production Management: Experience managing shoe-string productions, ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly.Location: Based in Mumbai.Finance Knowledge: While not mandatory, an understanding of finance and investing is a significant plus.Why Join Us:Be a part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and innovation.Work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a team of passionate professionals.Opportunity to make a real impact and drive the virality of our content.You get to be the engine, and not the cog.
