Role Overview :-


We are looking for an IT Executive who will lead our technology initiatives and drive business growth through innovation. The ideal candidate is a hustler—high on aptitude, ownership, and initiative—who brings a solid computer science or engineering background from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Mumbai college.


Key Responsibilities : -


1) ERP & SAP B1:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP B1 and other core ERP systems.

2) Material Management:

  • Streamline inventory and supply chain processes through effective material management solutions.

3) System Integrations:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations between various software and applications.

4) Cloud Management (AWS):

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement software tools that enhance operational efficiency and support BECO’s growth goals.

5) Sales Application Modifications (BIZOM):

  • Customize and scale sales applications based on evolving business needs and feedback.

6) Technology Roadmap:

  • Drive forward-thinking technology strategies that accelerate product innovation, operational excellence, and overall business growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications :-


1) Educational Background:

  • BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from a reputed Mumbai college (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
  • Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).


2) High Ownership & Hustle:

  • Self-starter with a passion for tackling challenges head-on.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for projects from ideation to execution.

3) Problem-Solving Aptitude:

  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and propose effective solutions.

4) Collaboration & Communication:

  • Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Clear and concise communication skills to present ideas and lead discussions.
