Responsibilities- Responsible for current and upcoming project and its civil work as well civil work on existing buildings .- To Verify and check all civil contractor, Subcontractor, Suppliers bills/ claims as per Purchase Order and Timely completed or not.- Site Execution work, Pre planning, Co-ordination with Consultant and approved.- Monitoring of all site activities, arriving of quantities and materials procurement etc.- Quotation comparison with vendors and rate finalization after approval by Directors.- Meeting with civil architect and discussing regarding drawing and taking approval from directors.- Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Meeting with CMD.- To do any other activities as assigned from time to time by the organization.- Job Location : Kudus, Wada - Dist Palghar - MaharashtraQualifications- Degree/ Diploma- Civil Engineer- 20 yrs of experience in civil project.Required Skills- Experience in commercial building from from foundation to building.- Experience in handling the civil engineers and civil contractors.- Expertise in taking measurement and checking the drawing.- Proficiency in computer.- Immediate joiner
