ResponsibilitiesResponsible for current and upcoming project and its civil work as well civil work on existing buildings .To Verify and check all civil contractor, Subcontractor, Suppliers bills/ claims as per Purchase Order and Timely completed or not.Site Execution work, Pre planning, Co-ordination with Consultant and approved.Monitoring of all site activities, arriving of quantities and materials procurement etc.Quotation comparison with vendors and rate finalization after approval by Directors.Meeting with civil architect and discussing regarding drawing and taking approval from directors.Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Meeting with CMD.To do any other activities as assigned from time to time by the organization.Job Location : Kudus, Wada - Dist Palghar - Maharashtra QualificationsDegree/ Diploma- Civil Engineer 20 yrs of experience in civil project. Required SkillsExperience in commercial building from from foundation to building. Experience in handling the civil engineers and civil contractors.
