Roject Planning and Management:
Ensure proper project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate these into system requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables throughout all phases of project delivery.
Engage with end-users to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide necessary support and guidance.
Technical Coordination:
Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and recommend best practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
Training and Documentation:
Develop user guides, coordinate, and deliver training or workshops for both internal and external stakeholders.
Change Management:
Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies by addressing resistance and ensuring effective change management and user engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B. Tech, M. Com, CA, MBA, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are a plus.
Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Project Management: Experience managing at least 1-3 full-cycle projects as a project manager.
