Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director - Revenue

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi (Remote)

Daskalos, a strategic initiative of Emeritus, pioneers transnational education in India by helping leading global universities establish joint campuses under the evolving Indian regulatory framework. It will involve driving EBIDTA and contribution goals, by achieving enrolments targets, optimizing student acquisition CAC and other cost lines leading to contribution. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Creation, Product marketing, Performance Marketing, Inside Sales, and other relevant functions, to achieve targeted quarterly numbers of contribution and EBIDTA.

Driving revenue, contribution margin and EBIDTA goals for the University Campus Business (Daskalos). Collaborate with Product Creation, sales, performance marketing, offline outreach, product marketing, university relations and other functions to ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of assigned programs.
Analyze data, identify trends, and propose strategies to improve performance and meet contribution targets.
Required Qualification & Experience:
~5+ years of comprehensive experience in managing and scaling category or portfolio P&L, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
~ Ability to work on annual operating plans and do strong business planning.
~ Ability to generate strong actionable insights from multiple data reports. The key is to generate insights based on data and convert them into actionable.
~ Strategic thinking, portfolio management and the ability to propose and drive changes based on market insights.
~ Understanding of performance campaigns, tele-sales and channel sales will be a key skill in this role.
