We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive  Front Desk Manager  to oversee our front desk operations. As the face of our school, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors, while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do: Greet students, parents, and visitors with a smile and assist them with their needs.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle email communication promptly.
Manage schedules, appointments, and reservations for school events and activities.
Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk area.
Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Address concerns or complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
Keep accurate records and logs related to front desk activities.
What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves :
Strong customer service and communication skills – you enjoy helping people and solving problems.
Experience with receptionist duties, such as answering phones and managing schedules.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-Haves :
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in schools or educational settings.
Familiarity with office tools like MS Office or similar software.
A friendly, approachable personality and a proactive attitude.
