Role: Executive -Digital Brand Strategy & Solutions
Location: New Delhi (East of Kailash)
Experience: 2-4 years
As a Brand Strategist at Rooter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative brand solutions and driving successful go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will extend beyond researching industry trends; you will actively contribute to ideating and executing client campaigns across various services.
This is a client-facing role, and there is a clear expectation to deliver on client briefs in a timely manner. There are peak periods aligned with market cycles and work volume varies accordingly through the year.
Responsibilities:
Client Servicing and Relationship Building:
Understand client briefs and deliver creative solutions
Plan and meet deliverable deadlines effectively and proactively address any changes and updates
Confidently pitch ideas to clients and agencies
Actively participate in client meetings to pitch creative ideas and strengthen client relationships
Provide insights and recommendations to address client needs effectively
Brand Solutions and Decks
Develop comprehensive brand solutions and media plans in collaboration with the sales team.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, develop customized strategies, and deliver ideas aligned with the provided brief.
Design and deliver high-quality decks, concept notes, plans, and emails.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Canva for creating professional presentations.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies:
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for both new and existing products
Drive initiatives to enhance product visibility and market penetration
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including media and communications, sales, marketing, brand, content, tech and product to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
Engage with external stakeholders, such as partner SPOCs and vendors, to foster innovation and deliver successful campaigns
Post-Campaign Analysis:
Own the post-campaign analysis, providing detailed findings and recommendations
Use insights to optimize future campaigns and drive repeat business
