The India team is at the forefront of RTL design, verification, and IP creation, working closely with worldwide teams to bring turnkey silicon solutions to production.Key Responsibilities- Define and own the SoC-level DFT architecture (Scan, MBIST, JTAG/TAP, BISR, Compression, Boundary Scan, LBIST).- Perform DFT RTL integration, Spyglass DFT checks, Scan insertion, ATPG generation, and pattern simulation/debug.- Implement and verify Memory BIST (MBIST) and repair schemes, including fuse and redundancy support.- Drive DFT verification methodology to ensure first-time-right silicon.- Collaborate with physical design and timing closure teams to ensure DFT-friendly implementation.- Work with ATE and manufacturing engineering teams on test vector delivery, silicon bring-up, yield improvement, and post-silicon debug.- Lead customer engagements by representing Semifive in technical discussions, ensuring seamless integration of DFT methodologies in turnkey projects.- Mentor and guide junior engineers in DFT methodology, best practices, and project execution.- Provide sign-off accountability for DFT across multiple SoC tapeouts.Qualifications- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 8+ years in DFT design and verification.- Proven track record of executing at least 3 full-chip SoC DFT implementations from architecture through silicon bring-up.- Strong expertise in ATPG, Scan insertion, MBIST/BISR, JTAG, boundary scan, and compression techniques.- Familiarity with Spyglass DFT, Tessent, Synopsys DFTMAX, or equivalent toolchains.- Experience in working with manufacturing engineering, ATE teams, and post-silicon validation/debug.- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional and customer teams.Why Join Us?At Semifive, you will be part of a fast-growing global semiconductor solutions company that is reshaping how custom SoCs are designed and brought to market.
