Job Title: Community Manager - Social Media
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Rs. 20,000 PM to Rs. 25,000 PM
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Monitor, post content created by the designers, respond to, and engage with followers on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build relationships and create a vibrant online community.
- Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant discussions, and industry trends. Provide insights and feedback to the team.
- Moderation: Ensure that community guidelines are followed, and manage any negative comments or disputes professionally and effectively.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze community growth, engagement metrics, and other relevant KPIs. Provide regular reports and insights to improve social media strategy.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and events to boost community engagement and brand awareness.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Influencer & Partner Relations: Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates within the community to expand reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Interest in social media marketing and brand growth strategy.
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & Malayalam)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with online communities.
