Position: Intern (Stipend Provided)
Location: Remote
Duration: (3/6 months, flexible based on availability)
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Verification Specialist I - Internship at Jiffy Technologies. The role involves conducting insurance verifications, communicating with customers, performing formal verifications, and providing excellent customer service support on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in Insurance Verification and Formal Verification processes
Strong Customer Service orientation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency in relevant software applications
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree related to technology, business, or related field

Fresh graduates or final-year students in (related field, e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with (specific tools/software Example: Excel, Okta and Microsoft 365 related to the role, if applicable).
