Job Title: React.js Developer (3+ years)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. As a React.js Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining modern web applications using React.js, working on front-end components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Redux.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development using React.js.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience using tools like Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).
  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with cloud services like AWS or Azure.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
