Delhi Experience: 2–6 years | Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift: 10pm to 7am) Join our growing Operations team as a Last Mile Executive, where you'll play a key role in driving seamless B2B and B2C deliveries. As a Last Mile Executive, you’ll coordinate last mile dispatches, monitor delivery performance, resolve on-ground issues, and work closely with delivery partners to ensure high service levels. Coordinate daily dispatches with 3PL and internal fleet teams Support route planning and suggest on-ground improvements Maintain MIS reports and support performance dashboard creation Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor performance reviews 2–6 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations ~ Prior exposure to e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations preferred ~ Familiarity with GPS tracking, route optimization tools, and MS Excel ~ Willingness to travel locally (up to 20%) for field supervision A culture of ownership, agility, and performance
