(Est is a heritage FMCG brand , trusted for our pickles, murabbas, ready-to-eat products & more.We're seeking a qualified Food Technologist to oversee food safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, and quality systems — ensuring our products meet FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, and GMP requirements.What You'll Do:Act as Technical Person In-Charge as per the FSSAI licenseEnsure compliance with FSSAI terms & global standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, GMP; FDA knowledge a plus)Maintain production, hygiene, quality & traceability recordsManage recall procedures & customer complaint investigationsConduct internal hygiene & GMP audits with corrective actionsApprove & audit suppliers for regulatory complianceDevelop and optimise recipes for safety, cost, and qualityMonitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) – raw materials, equipment, pest controlTrain teams on hygiene, GMP, and food safetyWhat We're Looking For: Degree in Food Technology / B.Sc.
