Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR executive to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and driving HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The HR Executive/Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the company culture.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and concerns.
- Organize and coordinate team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Making sure employees are working and not creating negative environment for other employees.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave, and insurance management.
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare and submit required reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
- HR Strategy & Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing programs to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.
- HR Systems & Technology:
- Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
