Job Title: HR Specialist Location: Pitampura, Delhi Department: Human Resources Reports to: Founders Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 18000 - 22000 (In-hand/Month) Working: Mon - Sat (10 AM to 7 PM) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR executive to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and driving HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. The HR Executive/Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer management. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the company culture. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and concerns. Organize and coordinate team-building activities and wellness programs. Performance Management & Development: Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Making sure employees are working and not creating negative environment for other employees. HR Policies & Compliance: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave, and insurance management. Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Prepare and submit required reports for compliance and auditing purposes. HR Strategy & Reporting: Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and generate reports to inform decision-making. Assist in developing and implementing programs to improve employee retention and job satisfaction. HR Systems & Technology: Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
