You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies # ;. # ; Key Responsibilities: ~# ; # ; Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams. ~# ;️ Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT , Selenium , and VB Scripting . ~✅ Execute automated test cases and document results. ~# ; Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases. ~# ; Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies. ~# ; Identify, document, and track bugs. ~# ; Ensure quality throughout the SDLC. # ; Technical Skills Required: Automation Tools: QTP/UFT, Selenium # ; Scripting Languages: VBScript # ; Frameworks: Hybrid, Keyword-driven # ; Platforms: Guidewire Policy Center, SAP integrations, Web Portals # ; Tools: Microsoft TFS, Test Manager (MTM) # ;️ Testing Types: System, Integration, Regression, Performance # ; # ; Preferred Qualifications: # ; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. # ; Proven experience in automation testing for Guidewire Policy Center . # ;️ Strong leadership and communication skills. # ; Experience with third-party integrations and SAP/web automation. # ; Soft Skills: # ; Analytical and problem-solving mindset. # ; Excellent communication and collaboration. # ; Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
