You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies 🌍.🔧 Key Responsibilities:👨 💻 Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams.🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP/UFT, Selenium, and VB Scripting.✅ Execute automated test cases and document results.📋 Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases.🤝 Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies.🐞 Identify, document, and track bugs.🔄 Ensure quality throughout the SDLC.💻 Technical Skills Required:Automation Tools: QTP/UFT, Selenium 🧰Scripting Languages: VBScript 📜Frameworks: Hybrid, Keyword-driven 🧩Platforms: Guidewire Policy Center, SAP integrations, Web Portals 🌐Tools: Microsoft TFS, Test Manager (MTM) 🗂️Testing Types: System, Integration, Regression, Performance 🧪🎓 Preferred Qualifications:🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.🧠 Proven experience in automation testing for Guidewire Policy Center.🗣️ Strong leadership and communication skills.🔗 Experience with third-party integrations and SAP/web automation.🧠 Soft Skills:🔍 Analytical and problem-solving mindset.💬 Excellent communication and collaboration.🧘 Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
