Electrical Engineer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hardware Design and Development: Define product hardware specifications, conduct reviews with a focus on system integration.
  2. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Monitor development, create test plans to verify compliance. Evaluate reliability through FMEA analysis.
  3. Project Management and Coordination: Coordinate milestones with project managers and teams. Oversee DFX updates, ECNs, and life cycle management.
  4. Mentorship and Innovation: Mentor team members on design standards adherence. Research new concepts for future innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. A Master's degree in Power Electronics with 8-12 years of experience is required.
  2. Strong understanding of closed-loop control for power converters and compensator design.
  3. Experience with high-speed semiconductor devices, specifically designs over 100kVA in medium voltage applications.
  4. Solid technical knowledge, competence, and system-level design experience.

This role involves working with latest technologies in power converters for grid connections and renewable energy.
