Accounting Professional - Receivables Management

Job Description:

  • Establish effective governance processes to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and information for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and implement a month-end close process, recording accounting entries and transactions as part of period-end activities.
  • Ensure timely collections from customers.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, and debit notes on time, adhering to contractual terms and tax regulations.
  • Prepare schedules and reports for audit purposes and resolve queries related to vendor management and asset management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • MBA Finance or Commerce graduate with expertise in accounting.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable/Asset Management.
  • Working knowledge of local financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • High degree of ownership.
