Job Summary
This Customer Service Manager role involves overseeing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to improve service quality.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to escalate relevant issues related to order delivery, product, tech, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer love team in handling all incoming customer queries on various channels, including WhatsApp, email, Instagram, calls, and more.
- Make consumer journeys more efficient by identifying and documenting all errors encountered on an everyday basis in the end-to-end order journey.
- E-Com Order Management: place new orders, modify, cancel, refund, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to escalate relevant issues related to order delivery, product, tech, or business operations.
- Help customers place B2B orders, customizations, and assist them with other requests.
- Call customers to collect feedback, cross-sell products, and help them make purchases.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in English and Hindi (reading and writing). A Bachelor's degree or higher is also required.
Prior experience in a customer service role, as well as strong communication and analytical skills, are essential for this position.
Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
