Job Description:

The Senior Financial Operations Manager will oversee the smooth functioning of the Finance Department, ensuring timely and accurate statutory compliances. This role involves establishing internal controls, managing cash flows, and monitoring strategic amendments.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the efficient use of funds.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, adhering to established protocols.
  3. Provide monthly financial reports to stakeholders, detailing performance against annual budget and significant matters.
  4. Monitor management reporting functions, including profitability, revenues, and pricing tariffs.
  5. Develop and implement budget and forecasting models, funding cash reporting, and working capital management.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks, prioritizing proactive measures and regular reviews.
  7. Manage internal and external audit activities, collaborating with Group compliance teams.
  8. Ensure accurate taxation policies are adopted, including corporate, VAT, and tax planning.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, contributing to commercial negotiations.
  10. Lead and motivate the finance function to meet agreed targets for company performance.
  11. Ensure effective integration and collaboration of resources in finance and related business areas.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • CA/CMA with at least 12 years of experience
  • Background in Hospital/Healthcare domain
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to take initiative
