Role Overview

As a Visual Designer, you will be a key member of our creative team, driving innovative designs that bring our brand to life. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product development teams to craft visually compelling graphics and media that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the product launch team under the marketing umbrella to ensure high-quality creatives are delivered on time.
  • Create Product Listing Images for new product launches, elevating our brand's visual identity.
  • Develop Key Visuals for campaigns, optimizing current assets or PDP Images to maximize engagement.
  • Design Meta static ads, web banners, and logo units for various campaigns, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience with other design or 3D tools, although not essential.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a design/advertising agency, with a strong portfolio to showcase.
  • Willingness to relocate to Pune, enabling seamless collaboration.
  • A passion for creating, rather than just executing.
