Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in South Delhi, India.

The primary responsibilities of this position include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks involve answering customer queries, providing product and service information, troubleshooting problems, maintaining customer records, and escalating complex cases to relevant departments.

Additional qualifications include proficiency in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in handling customer experience and interacting with customer service representatives is also beneficial.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in the healthcare industry can be advantageous in some cases.
