As part of our software development process, the Senior Quality Assurance Lead oversees the quality assurance process and ensures that our products meet defined standards before release.

This role involves creating test strategies, developing automation frameworks, monitoring metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.

Leadership and analytical skills are essential for identifying defects, tracking metrics, and interpreting big-data testing results.

Key responsibilities include determining the scope of testing for each release, establishing key metrics to assess quality, managing and mentoring the QA team, selecting and optimizing test tools and frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools;
  • Proficiency with automation and testing tools such as Selenium and TestRail;
  • Ability to develop automation frameworks using languages such as Python;
  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools like Jira and Git;

Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
