Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Test Lead with a strong background in eCommerce to lead a team of manual and automation QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core QA practices, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual and automation) across multiple projects.
. Define and implement robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
. Drive test optimization, test data management, and test environment setup.
. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high standards of test design and execution.
. Track and report QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution progress.
. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and DevOps.
. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools.
. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
. Continuously improve QA processes and advocate for best practices in quality assurance.
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear status updates and risk assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
. 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership role.
. Proven experience in eCommerce domain testing.
. Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, Karate, etc.).
. Expertise in test design techniques, test case optimization, and test data management.
. Experience with QA metrics and reporting tools.
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a dynamic environment.
. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with QA processes
