Key Responsibilities



The successful candidate will be responsible for:




  • Planning, organizing, and supervising production processes to ensure quality control and meet customer specifications.
  • Leading and developing a team of production staff, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.
  • Overseeing maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Managing inventory control, warehousing, and shipping/receiving operations, and developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, and implementing and maintaining a robust safety management system.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
