Lead Renewable Energy Projects with Financial Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the financing strategy for solar projects. This involves strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Liaise with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, EPC, Legal) for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects.
  • Identify innovative financing structures such as leasing, hybrid, or green bonds to optimize project returns.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
