Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Leader to spearhead our renewable energy project financing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt).
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies for project financing.
  • Negotiation Skills: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team for decision-making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in capital structuring, fund-raising, and project financing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive deals forward.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
