Key Responsibilities
• Facilitating check-in processes while ensuring passenger information accuracy and compliance with airline regulations
• Assisting passengers with inquiries, delays, and any travel-related concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Enhancing passenger experiences by providing consistent, courteous, and efficient service throughout their airport journey
• Coordinating with airport security and staff to manage passenger boarding and de-boarding procedures efficiently
• Addressing and resolving passenger complaints and issues promptly to maintain service quality standards
• Organizing and managing boarding announcements and passenger flow within the airport terminal effectively

Requirements and Qualifications
• Demonstrated hospitality expertise essential in creating welcoming passenger experiences
• Mandatory skills: Exceptional customer service skills, Passion for traveling, Strong understanding of statistical analysis to interpret operational data and enhance service protocols
• Proficiency in machine learning to leverage AI systems for improved passenger service efficiencies, Familiarity with Python programming for the development of internal operational tools and solutions, Experience with big data to effectively manage and analyze large volumes of passenger data, Expertise in data mining to extract meaningful insights to inform service improvement decisions
