  • Bachelor's degree in health information management or a related field is preferred.",
  • Certification as a CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) is preferred.",
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical coding, with specific experience in same-day surgery coding preferred.",
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical procedures.",
  • Proficient in coding software and electronic health record systems.",
